The staff are very good and very supportive, Most importantly they are very neat and clean. Room service was awesome. We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all are sufficient for all three members and they have taken care of my lovely daughter she is just 8 months old and they provided hot milk for her every time we asked. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The place is clean, well maintained and the location is comfortably in the city. The staff the prompt and courteous. The restaurant and breakfast arrangements and quality is quite satisfactory. Checkin checkout was pretty smooth.

The way Ajaynka greets and handles the check-in as well as the check out is really good, rooms are clean staff are exceptional, specifically John in the kitchen are very good

We stayed for only 5 hours in the night because we had a late arrival and an early flight. For this lenth of time we found the room very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The hotel looks fresh and cosy. The guys at the reception helped us to order a taxi.

Absolutely loved the stay. My husband and I had one night stay at the property along with our 3 month old son. I was a bit worried about the hygiene levels initially but it proved me completely wrong. Spic and Span, full of all necessary facilities and the roof top restaurant earned all the brownie points for the property. Next time I visit Nagpur, I am definitely staying here.

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom especially needs to be mentioned, it was really sparkling clean. All other facilities like AC, Lift, Complementary Breakfast, Staff, etc. were simply awesome. However the in-house pantry was too too much expensive. Better to order food using Swiggy.

Nice and comfortable stay. Rooms were good. Clean. Nicely furnished. Breakfast served complimentary. Really really good. The dining space on the roof has a a beautiful ambience.
